What kind of music relaxes you and who sings it best?
It really depends I listen to R n B, hip hop to classical and instrumental to pop but I never listen to heavy metal.

Where in town do you spend your nightlife?
Humm… really depends on what I feel like doing…

Professional life
Do you consider yourself as a model or an entrepreneur?
Well I am defiantly not a model and I wouldn’t call myself an entrepreneur yet, though I am trying to be one.

How good does it feel working with your family business?
Great!! I feel blessed because I had the opportunity to work with the best people in the business from day one.

Being from the younger generation, what are the changes you are trying to bring in your family business?
Nothing HUGE. My father has established companies that are pioneer in the IT field of Nepal. So I am just trying to keep up with him right now. Changes are the things that we need right now. We need to progress not change...

You have many businesses under one umbrella, which one are you focusing at this moment and why?
I am trying to focus on everything at the moment because all the business matters to me.

Being young and loads of responsibility, how do you keep up with it?
I just try to follow my father’s principle because, he stared working from a very young age and he had more responsibilities than I have today. So following his footsteps is the best way to keep up with everything for me right now.

How’s your attitude towards your fellow workers and vise versa?
Healthy.

Are you becoming a workaholic or is there still a young Prerana in you who wants to enjoy life?
I enjoy my work and life at the same time…I am happy about how things are rolling in with my life.

What is the best compliment you have ever got?
This one was good. Somebody told me that I am,“ So complicated yet so simple to love”

What is your dream project?
To have my own Business Empire.

What do you think you will be doing 5 years down the line?
Everybody will know after five years. I’m planning for some thing BIG.

Love Life
The first thing that attracts you in opposite sex?
Personality.

Tell us about your dream man?
I dream of some one like lord Krishna without any gopinis. (hehehehe)

Do you consider yourself romantic, if yes WHY?
I do… but really don’t know why. May be because I love roses, chocolates, wine, poems, I do feel very romantic most of the time…

How possessive are you?
I’m “VERY” Possessive about the people and things that I care for.

Tell us the do’s and don’t in a relationship for you?
I don’t think there are such things as the do’s and don’t but yes there should be one thing in all the relationships: “TRUST."

What if an alien from another planet proposed to you?
Lets see… I’ll let u know if anything weird like that happens…

Humm… may be

How were you feeling in the last round?
Ahhh I remember even though it has been more than a year now. I was feeling …ummm….
Amazing, beautiful, confident, dizzily, elegant, I was feeling A-Z

Do you think the competition was competitive?
Yes of course.

Your view about the Miss. Nepal contest?
It is for people who wants to test themselves in front of thousands of people and let the panel of judges decided. It should be encouraged but the standards should be maintained.

Things you have done after being the first runner up in Miss Nepal?
Well I had to go to the Philippines for Miss Asia Pacific and there I made history for Nepal by being the first Miss Nepal to come on top ten and win a title award in the International pageant. After I came back I have been pretty much involved in business.
